Gustavo Campos Ed
Hello there, my name is Gustavo (even thought everybody calls me “Ed”) and I’m the lead puppeteer of “Grupo Girino de teatro de bonecos” from Belo Horizonte / Brazil.
I’ve been a puppeteer since 2014, and in all these years my love for this art has grown exponentially.
Most of my work is done on improvisations based on prior knowledge on woodworking/sculpting, my own research, and methods/techniques I find online, as it is really hard to find formal research on puppeteering in brazil.
I still have a lot to learn on my journey, and I hope you enjoy knowing a little bit about my work while you’re here.
